Rates, Payments & Terms

Rates

Rates vary per project or job and are charged at an hourly rate with a 1 hour minimum. Any time over the first hour will be charged in 30 minute increments at ½ of the full hourly rate for that particular job. Call, text or email Becky for your free personalized estimate.

Mileage within the city of Bismarck is included within the hourly rate. Mileage outside of the city limits, and surrounding communities (i.e., Lincoln, Menoken, Mandan, etc.…) is charged a standard mileage rate for each mile over the first ten miles. Charges will cover round trip mileage. Time tracking and mileage start when I leave my door to start your errand(s) and ends at the completion of your errand(s) or at the end of the round trip if I have to travel out of city limits. Additional costs may apply for larger jobs, or more difficult jobs and would be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Payments

Clients will be invoiced for services and payment will be due immediately at the time of performance or invoice at the discretion of My Personal Assistant.

Terms

My Personal Assistant has the right to deny any service that is immoral, unreasonable, unethical, and/or punishable by law or would in any way put Becky or My Personal Assistant at risk.

All sales are final. Returns, warranties, guarantees and other performance measures for items and services purchased on behalf of clients are the responsibility of the client.
